We’re more than willing to reschedule your event with us and have been able to reschedule a number of events so far without a problem. If you have an event scheduled with us in the near future, get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to discuss and make the necessary accommodations.

The CDC has recommended the postponement of all weddings in the US until May (at the earliest), which means many people are affected by this time shift.  Here are some tips for handling your other vendors and rescheduling:

• Be Proactive: Get ahead of your vendors by contacting them about cancellation and postponement now. While you may not be able to reschedule for a Saturday, Friday weddings are a great option if you have the flexibility with your vendors.
• Calendar Your Cancellation Deadlines: If your wedding is coming up and you’re unsure about whether COVID-19 could impact it, be sure to mark your calendar with the cancellation deadlines for all of your vendors to avoid burning your entire investment.
• Get CFAR Insurance: If you’re going on a honeymoon or have a destination wedding planned, make sure you get cancel for any reason travel insurance. In uncertain times like these, this is definitely worth the additional cost.

However, when eating out isn’t an option, something as simple as carry-out can feel like a treat.
